All ProSarms products are sold legally for non-human experimental (laboratory and research) purposes only. They are NOT for use as food additives, drugs, cosmetic, household chemicals, or other inappropriate applications. Buyer warrants that the product will not be used in any other manner and assumes any and all responsibility for misuse. Buyer further warrants that they are of legal age and that the purchase of this item is legal where this is being shipped to or used and assumes responsibilities for any legal infractions.
The listing of a material on this website does not constitute a license to, or a recommendation for its use in infringement of any patent. All of the products will be handled only by qualified and trained individuals.
In purchasing these products, the customer acknowledges that there may be hazards associated with consumption. Customer warrants that they are fully aware and knowledgeable about (a) the health and safety hazards associated with the handling of the products purchased; (b) industrial hygiene controls necessary to protect its workers from such health and safety hazards; (c) the need to adequately warn of potential health and safety hazards associated with these products; and (d) government regulations; be they current or hereinafter enacted; regarding the use of and exposure to such products.
We reserve the right to limit sales of products or not to sell products to customers that are deemed ineligible. Chargebacks will be dealt with very severely and will result in the client being put on the no sell list. Please contact us as a first resort because most issues can be resolved very easily.
In no event, shall https://prosarms.net or any of its affiliates be liable for consequential damages, whether purchasers claim in contract, negligence, liability, or otherwise. In consideration of approving the sale of product to purchaser, the purchaser agrees to indemnify and absolve us from all claims, expenses, losses and liability of any kind arising out of the purchaser’s possession, handling or use of the product, either alone or in combination with any other substance or substances. Any sale will otherwise be declined.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on purchases made at https://prosarms.net unless we have made a mistake in shipment or there is proof that the purity of a product is not as specified on the site. Refunds will only be issued after the items have been returned to us at buyer’s expense. We are extra cautious as these are research items and we cannot determine the conditions that they are subjected to once shipped. If a product is missing from your order, then please contact us and once we verify the legitimacy of the claim, we will send the missing item to you. All orders are documented and are photographed prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.
International customers need to ensure that all SARMs are legal for importation PRIOR to ordering. Once the order has left our premises we cannot be held responsible for customs hold ups or seizures and do not offer refund in any such cases. Clearing Customs is the customer’s responsibility and we will not be liable for any charges or delays incurred as a course of this process. Customer further warrants that they will not request a refund or issue a chargeback on these grounds.
PRIVACY POLICY
ProSarms guarantees that we do not collect or store any information about you or your computer beyond what is required for your order to be placed. Personal details such as your name, address or purchase history are not viewable by any one other than yourself. We never store your credit card information and all transactions on this site are SSL encrypted for your protection.
